When you sign up for Hoopla, you will be presented with a list of nearby libraries. Over 1,200 libraries in the US and Canada offer the hoopla service.
How many items can you borrow?
Your library sets the limit on the number of items you can borrow per month. This limit resets on the first of every month.
How can I watch TV and movies?
Hoopla content can be watched in a web browser, on iOS devices, and on Android devices. The hoopla apps on mobile devices support Chromecast and AirPlay. For example, you can AirPlay a movie from your iPhone to your Apple TV via AirPlay mirroring.
