CraveTV will soon show first-run programming for SHOWTIME TV series

Bell has recently announced that their CraveTV service will have the latest episodes from SHOWTIME TV series on the same day as the television broadcast, beginning November 20 with the series The Affair.

Other SHOWTIME series will follow, including Billions, Dice, Episodes, Ray Donavan, Twin Peaks (2017), I'm Dying Up Here, and Guerilla.

This means you can keep up with these shows without an expensive cable subscription or purchasing the full seasons through a service such as iTunes or Google Play.

For Canadian cordcutters, this is encouraging news. It shows that Bell is willing to adapt its services for a changing television landscape in Canada where Internet streaming is the primary means many prefer to watch TV.

Everyone will be waiting to see when Bell decides to make the HBO catalogue available in this way.
